The History of Mist'er Rain
Mist’er Rain was founded in 1969 by Virgil E. Young in Tacoma, Washington, on Pacific Highway.
Virgil was so passionate about irrigation, he actually authored a (now out of print) textbook which
was used to teach college students about proper sprinkler system installation. He was a firm believer
that a quality installation is paramount to meeting the water demands of the client over the lifetime
of the sprinkler system.
Today, Mist’er Rain is located in Auburn, Washington, not far from Emerald Downs racetrack. We continued the tradition of quality installation work and complement it with industry leading customer service.
