The service department is staffed with a full time representative to assist you with scheduling your needed services. It is our goal to always be able to schedule quickly upon the first call without the need to repeatedly reach out. Messages left will be returned promptly in the order in which they were received.
Our experienced service crews will come to your location with the knowledge and experience to provide you with a solution to your needs. This includes Spring Activation, Winterization, Backflow Assembly Certification, repairs, modifications, additions, or if you just need someone to come out and explain to you how your system works.
Each service crew is comprised of a lead technician and an assistant technician and a fully stocked service van. Lead technicians range in experience from 17 years up to over 35. Experience in the field coupled with extensive record keeping are what allow Mist’er Rain to build long lasting relationships with clients and the unique needs of their system and property.
